Sorry it took so long, but now all registered users have the ability to submit new content to LearnToPlayAnything.com.
Here is a brief tutorial how to do this.
Before we start: Find a good tutorial video on YouTube
The only thing we need is the URL.
Now, if you are a registered user, you will have the option to click "Submit" in the Main Menu.
Click it and an editor will pop-up.
Now here it gets a little bit tricky, and I'm sorry we don't have a better solution yet, but it's neccessary that you follow the following steps closely:
So here is the editor:
Please don't change any of the "Publishing" settings.
However, remember the "Toggle editor" button. You will need to use it twice.
Ok, so let's go.
1. Click the editor button once!
The editor will change to a text-only editor.
2. Enter a title for your submission
3. Paste the Youtube URL into the text-only editor.
It should look like this:
Now:
4. Click "Toggle editor" again!
5. Click "Save".
And your're done!
You should see something like this:
if you click on "Show Most Recent Songs" you will see your latest submission at the top, in our case the Dire Straits tutorial I just submitted:
We will categorize the user-submitted content weekly or so, so the songs are all assigned to the right artists. Currently we can't allow users to do it themselves. (We have to figure it out first.. :))
